Alice Manning brings two decades of rich journalistic experience to her role as Senior Marketing Manager, seamlessly blending her background as a beauty editor with her expertise in content curation, commercial roles, and brand building. Alice has written for weekly, monthly and digital publications including The Sunday Times Style, Red, Allure, InStyle, Grazia, HELLO!, HELLO! Fashion Monthly, and Marie Claire. With a career that spans the luxury, super-prime interiors, and beauty industries, Alice is a results-driven marketer known for her strategic approach to growth marketing.


Alice's journey in the marketing realm began at Pure Public Relations in 2018, as Head of Content. During her time there, she collaborated with high-profile brands such as MALIN + GOETZ, Moroccanoil, and e.l.f beauty, leveraging various marketing tactics to drive significant business growth. Her ability to create compelling content and her keen understanding of market trends played a pivotal role in these successes.


In 2020, Alice took on the role of Marketing Manager at Balance Me Skincare. There, she championed strategic initiatives to boost sales, enhance press coverage, raise brand awareness, and spearhead global business growth and new product development (NPD). Her innovative strategies and hands-on approach resulted in notable milestones for the brand. In  2022, Alice transitioned to the super-prime residential and commercial interiors market, assuming the role of Senior Marketing Manager. She now defines, drives, and executes the marketing strategy for the fast-paced Greater London region, with the plan to expand globally in 2024. Her responsibilities include social media management, customer relationship management (CRM), contact management, business development, lead generation, campaign execution, and overseeing the annual marketing plan and budget. Working closely with the Founders, Alice ensures a unified focus on driving top-line revenues and maintaining the brand’s luxurious, industry leader image.


Alice's ability to blend creative vision with strategic execution has also seen her secure key interviews with industry tastemakers like Matthew Williamson and Nina Campbell OBE. She has successfully placed Wells Interiors in prominent publications such as Sheer Luxe, The Independent, and House & Garden.
